In the spirit of full disclosure, I am a friend of Mistress Simone Kross and Bart--who produced this video through Syren Productions--however I'm going to tell you to trust me because I saw Rubber Doll by my long time idol, Amanda Wyldfire, and I have no problem telling you that it was awful.

Bart makes the bold claim, "Our staff declares this to be the sexiest video we have ever produced," in the DVD jacket, but it seems that he's backed up in that quote. The Adult Video News, AVN Awards nominated it for Best Specialty Release-BDSM.

What makes this one so special? Sure, lots of videos have hot dommes subjecting their male subs to flogging, spanking, CBT and piercing, but not the dynamic that Kross has with her sub, Danny. It's obvious that the two have a history where he just lets go and falls into the scene.

When I first watched the video there was a point where she brings him to cathartic tears and I felt the need--not the desire, but the need--to grab a flogger when she licked his tears of pain off his face.

Her reveling in his suffering is so genuine and hot it really sets the video apart from the mass of drivel out there.

Bringing out an arsenal of floggers, crops, and a vampire glove she keeps the viewer entranced as the hardest strokes of each obviously sends a shock of pleasure through her body. At times she makes more moans of pleasure than Danny does.

Simone is one of the femme domme scenes greatest hedonist and in the top echelon of the creative dommes. In the beginning she circles around Danny like prey, periodically rubs her black thong panties to psychologically tease her subject and to just pleasure herself to get into a hyper-sexual, sadistic head-space.

Kross is an artist of sadism and her prowess and enjoyment there in comes through. The psychological aspect in the first ten minutes really brought me into it, however the multitude of piercing was more academic for me. I suppose it's my own personal line of being a kinky person and to an astute professional domina. Those with a heavy masochistic streak will enjoy it greatly.

All of this considered it’s a far better watch than most of the slickly produced Gwen Media type videos, and fathoms past the cheaply done videos done by those with a mild idea of kink and less sense of it to direct young models.  This is real and reality can be sexier than fantasy in some cases.

I'm a believer that anyone with a passing interest in mental manipulation with his or her perversion will find a portion of this DVD to play over and over again.
